Liminal Lens

2022

A life-size interactive installation inspired by the collective movements of Volvox algae, revealing the unseen rhythms of microscopic life. Algae, in its many forms, mirrors the complexity and diversity found in human existence, highlighting the parallels between nature and humanity.

By abstracting and amplifying these imperceptible dynamics, the piece creates a liminal space where the microscopic and macroscopic converge. This installation reimagines perception, inviting participants to engage with the invisible forces that shape our world in a shared, immersive experience.

Programmed to explore the translation between man, machine, and nature, the installation highlights what is lost and what can be found in this process—an exploration of the delicate balance between organic movement, digital interpretation, and human interaction.
